I studied Studio Art from Lamar University in the early 2010’s and have a Masters in Art, Politics, and Transgression in 20th Century Avant-Garde Art from the University of Glasgow.
Now I work from my studio in Stirling creating my own work and teaching others how to use the potters wheel.
I use the process of making art to investigate the world around me, from nature and animals, to ephemeral ideas about Philosophy, Theology, and Social Justice.
One of the big issues I try to deal with is Plastic Pollution and our “throw away culture." That is part of why I love ceramics and making functional long lasting items.
If you have any questions about my work, or what art I teach, please feel free to contact me.
